The Funeral Service honoring Bill will be officiated by Rev. Bob Beckett at 1:00 p.m., Monday, at the Lehman Funeral Home, 210 E. Bridge Street, Portland. Interment will follow at East Sebewa Cemetery. The family will receive friends beginning one hour prior to the service at the funeral chapel.
