Please use this Louisiana Department of EducationCAFÉCCAPCustomer Portal to apply for Child Care benefits only. The Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) administers the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).

Click DNSAP Registration to register or modify your registration for Disaster Supplemental Nutrition Assistance. Click ManageMyAccount to manage your account settings and information, including updating your personal information, PIN, password, or security questions. To exit theCAFÉCustomer Portal, click Logout.
