HAC is an application that allows users to view current grades, assignments, and attendance for students in a real-time environment. Every CCPS parent/guardian of students in grades PK - 12 may have a HAC account.
Individual assignment and grades will be visible in Schoology; however, attendance, interim, quarter, and overall final grades will appear in Home Access Center (HAC) as the CCPS official grading system.
Home Access Center (HAC) is the CCPS parent/student portal that allows you/your child to access a variety of information. You can view attendance, student’s e-mail/password, classes, grades, service-learning, and emergency contact information.
Students: HAC uses the same login and password as your CCPS device. It is “s” followed by the 5-digit student ID and your email password. *Note: Elementary school students do not have HAC accounts. Parents: The HAC Login page provides information to parents for setting up accounts and signing in.
You can log into your Home Access Center via your parent account to view the username and password for all of your students. If you are new to CCPS you will receive a Registration email soon after the school enrolls your student.
Home Access Center is the official record for grades and attendance. Parents can access HAC at anytime to check grades, attendance, testing results, schedules, log-in information, and other pertinent student information.
Home Access Center (HAC) allows students and parents to view their child’s educational information via a secure, password protected website, Android app, or iPhone app.
Home Access Center (HAC 4.0) provides parent/guardian access to view student assignments, grades, and attendance. To use HAC to participate in your child's educational experience, contact your child's campus registration office to request an account and password.
