Anyone know much about how DPD works? I've always thought they're the best company but today had such an infuriating situation.
It is my first time sending with DPD. I took the parcel to the drop off shop yesterday, and the tracking says 'Awaiting receipt of parcel'.
If anyone is up at the mo - DPD are emailing me this morning to give the 1 hour delivery window. Anyone know when to expect this email.
